All requests for service must be submitted in writing by mail, fax or email. If you need to request service, please complete the form below to activate your Service Request.
Before requesting service, we suggest that you review the Limited Warranty section of your Homeowner Manual. If you need a copy of your Limited Warranty, please contact us.
When we receive your request for service, your Customer Care Professional will contact you to schedule an appointment to inspect the issues you have noted on your Service Request form. If the Service Request items fall within the specifications of the Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the item in a timely manner and at no charge. We strive to always maintain open communication with you regarding the status of repairs.
